Site, Site Plus and Enterprise include the whole of Centrion — they differ only in how many people need an account. Or build your own plan with just the apps you need.
Only need some of Centrion? Tick the apps you want and how many people need an account, then send us your order — we’ll reply with your price within one working day. The gatehouse dashboard, gate sign-in and emergency muster come with every plan.
Prices exclude VAT. Payments are handled securely by Stripe. By choosing a plan you agree to our terms, including cancellation and refunds.
No modules to unlock and no add-ons to buy. (Custom includes the apps you pick.)
Anyone who signs in to Centrion with their own login or access key — employees, security officers, store operatives and admins. Visitors and delivery drivers signed in at the gate don't count, however many you have.
Everyone who already has a key keeps working. New keys can't be issued until you revoke ones that are no longer needed or move up a plan — the Keys page shows how many you've used, and we'll get in touch before you get close. When you upgrade, you only pay the difference from that point.
You have 14 days to sort it out. After that your site's settings become read-only for admins until it's paid — but gate sign-in, clock-in, muster and emergencies never switch off.
Yes. We run a pilot on one site alongside your existing sign-in book, so you can compare the two before switching over.
Monthly plans are paid by card through Stripe and can be cancelled any time; the service runs to the end of the month you've paid for. Annual plans are paid upfront with one month free, and can be cancelled within 30 days for a refund of the unused months. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice. Full details are in our terms.

Tell us your headcount and how your gatehouse runs, and we'll recommend a plan — or set up a pilot.
